Event Design

I focus on the aesthetic aspect and the design of the event, transforming the couple’s vision into a concrete concept. The process begins with the creation of a design concept, followed by the development of a mood board that includes images, color palettes, and stylistic details. I suggest venues and setups based on the desired style and plan every detail meticulously.

Negotiation

I manage negotiations with suppliers, select the right professionals, and coordinate every detail of the event. With my experience, I secure favorable rates and clear contracts, ensuring quality and punctuality. I oversee the entire process to align suppliers with the couple’s vision, also managing any unforeseen circumstances. Prior to the wedding, I conduct a follow-up to confirm that everything is ready for the big day.

Onsite support

I will provide support onsite the day of the event to ensure that the wedding runs smoothly. I coordinate the setup, supervising suppliers and decorations, and manage the event timeline, from the ceremony to transitions. I provide continuous support to the couple and guests, resolving any issues that arise and ensuring that each key moment is handled with precision. At the end of the event, I oversee the closing and conduct a follow-up to gather feedback from the couple.

Post event

I conduct a follow-up to gather feedback, share memories, and offer support for any future needs. I remain available for other important occasions and maintain periodic communication to ensure the couple feels supported. My empathy and active listening are essential in creating an authentic relationship that extends beyond the wedding day.
